Job summary

Milwaukee LATAM is seeking a marketing leader to own the channel's strategy and execution across Latin America. You will partner with sales and customers to drive profitable growth, ensure pricing integrity, and manage a key annual budget for programs and merchandising across the LATAM region.

The ideal candidate has a BS in Engineering, Marketing, or Business (MBA preferred) and 5+ years in LATAM sales/marketing in industrial distribution.

Qualifications

• Requires a B.S. Degree in Engineering, Marketing, or Business (MBA preferred).
• 5+ years experience in Latin America sales and/or marketing in relevant channels.
• Strong analytical, computer, communications and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Own marketing strategy for the specified distribution channel.
• Identify strategic opportunities and threats across channels.
• Develop annual budget for programs, promotions, and merchandising.
• Collaborate with sales and customers to drive channel growth in LATAM.
• Coordinate with national/regional managers to build annual business plans.
• Provide market input to new product development.
