Job summary

Amazon Inc. is seeking an HR Partner for LatAm Builder Experience (BeXT) to drive the Builder journey across LATAM. You will collaborate with business leaders, data center operations leaders, HRBPs and partner teams to deploy HR strategies spanning talent, performance, compensation, employee relations, and more across the cluster.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of HR generalist, management, or business partner experience.
• Knowledge of HRIS systems.
• Knowledge of employment law and HR policies and procedures.
• Advanced proficiency in English and Spanish (written and verbal).

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Business Leaders, Data Center Operations leaders, HRBPs and partner teams to innovate, implement, and deploy HR strategies across the LATAM cluster.
• Monitor Builder sentiment trends and provide regular sentiment updates to site leadership and HRBPs.
• Coach, consult, and influence site leadership on talent management, people development, and performance management.
• Foster an inclusive environment for all Builders and serve as escalation point for Builder concerns.
