You’ll collaborate with a distributed workforce, apply knowledge of Latin American labor law, and champion a proactive, people-centric HR approach using AI-enabled workflows and HR technology.

Formación

• Extensive HR advisory/partnering experience.
• Fluent in Spanish and English with cross-cultural communication skills.
• Strong knowledge of Latin American employment law and compliance.
