Amazon Web Services (AWS) invites qualified candidates to join a team focused on strategic partnerships with leading System Integrators in Chile and LatAm.

As a Partner Development Manager, you will drive executive relationships, shape partner strategy, and help customers adopt AWS cloud services across market segments, while building a scalable partner ecosystem.

Working with a diverse set of partners, you will influence business outcomes and contribute to AWS's continued growth in the region.

Formación

• 5+ years of business development, partnership management, or sourcing new business experience.
• 5+ years of developing, negotiating and executing business agreements experience.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Experience with sales CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar software.
• Experience in setting up and managing a sales pipeline.

As a Partner Development Manager within Amazon Web Services (AWS), you will have the exciting opportunity to deliver on our strategy to build mind share and adoption of Amazon’s infrastructure web services across AWS’s strategic business partners and their customers.

Key job responsibilities

Your responsibilities will include driving executive and field relationships with leading SIs. By establishing and growing business and technical relationships, and managing the day-to-day interactions with these accounts, you will be responsible for driving top line revenue growth and overall end customer adoption across all market segments.

Basic Qualifications

• 5+ years of business development, partnership management, or sourcing new business experience
• 5+ years of developing, negotiating and executing business agreements experience
• Bachelor's degree
• Experience with sales CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar software
• Experience in setting up and managing a sales pipeline

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience interpreting data and making business recommendations
• Experience in online advertising or high-tech products/services
