Job summary

Sovos is hiring an HR analyst for Spanish-speaking Latin America. You will partner with managers and employees to deliver programs that foster a great place to work, ensure compliant HR practices, and champion people-first initiatives.

You will engage in employee relations, support wellness programs, and collaborate with Talent Acquisition and Operations to align priorities. Fluency in Spanish and English is required.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Spanish and English across cultures and levels.
• Strong HR advisory experience, regional or distributed workforce.
• Solid knowledge of Latin American employment law and practical application.

Responsibilities

• Partner with managers to boost employee engagement and strengthen culture across the region.
• Lead rollout of HR programs including wellness, internships, and rotation programs.
• Serve as first point of contact for culture, benefits, payroll, and HR policies.
