Formación

• Advanced English required (oral/written).
• At least 1 year of related hotel operations experience.
• Residency in the Valparaiso Region is required.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with guest check-ins: confirm reservations, assign rooms, issue/activate keys.
• Process payments (room charges, cash, checks, debit/credit).
• Balance and drop receipts per accounting specs.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping to prepare rooms and track readiness.
• Resolve guest issues and follow up on satisfaction with service.
• Support management in hiring, training, scheduling, and coaching staff.
