Sheraton Viña del Mar is seeking a Front Desk Supervisor to oversee daily front desk operations and guest services. You will process check-ins, manage payments, balance cash, and coordinate with Housekeeping to ensure room readiness.

You will also mentor staff and uphold service standards to deliver an exceptional guest experience. The ideal candidate speaks advanced English, has at least 2 years of hospitality supervisory experience, and resides in the Valparaíso region.

Formación

• Advanced English required for oral and written communication.
• Minimum 2 years in hotel/hospitality supervisory roles.
• Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Assist staff with expediting problem payments and guest payments.
• Process all guest check-ins by confirming reservations, assigning rooms, and issuing keys.
• Handle all payment types including room charges, cash, checks, debit, or credit.
• Balance bank at shift start/end and drop receipts per accounting specs.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping to track room readiness for check-in.
• Support management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, and coaching staff.

Conocimientos

Advanced English (oral/written)

Hospitality supervision experience

Educación

High school diploma or GED
