Destacada Empresa Del Sector in Viña del Mar, Chile is seeking a Front Desk Supervisor to lead front desk operations on-site. You will oversee guest check-ins, payments, and room allocations while coordinating with housekeeping and other departments to ensure a smooth guest experience.

The ideal candidate has advanced English, at least 2 years of hotel supervision experience, and is prepared to reside in the Valparaíso region.

Formación

Advanced English (oral and written)
Hoteliering experience as a supervisor for at least 2 years
Residence in the Valparaíso Region preferred

Responsabilidades

Assist staff with expediting problem payments and guest check-ins by confirming reservations and issuing room keys
Process all guest payments including room charges, cash, checks, debit or credit
Balance and drop receipts; set up accurate guest accounts at check-in
Coordinate with Housekeeping and other departments to ensure room readiness and guest satisfaction
Review shift logs and document pertinent information in logbooks
Assist management with hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling and coaching staff
Follow policies, maintain professional appearance, and address guest service needs promptly
Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information and ensure quality standards
