Sheraton in Viña del Mar, Chile, seeks a Front Desk Supervisor to oversee guest services and ensure smooth check-in processes. The role focuses on resolving guest issues, managing payments, and coordinating with Housekeeping for room readiness.

The candidate should have advanced English (oral/written) and at least 2 years of supervisory experience in hospitality, with residency in the V Region preferred. This is a non-management, full-time position at the hotel.

Formación

• Advanced English (oral/written) required.
• Experience in hospitality as a supervisor for at least 2 years.
• Residency availability in the Valparaiso Region is required.

Responsabilidades

• Assist staff with expediting problem payments and guest issues.
• Follow up with guests regarding satisfaction with guest-related issues.
• Process all guest check-ins by confirming reservations, assigning rooms, and issuing room keys.
• Handle all payment types (room charges, cash, checks, debit, credit).
• Coordinate with Housekeeping to track room readiness for check-in.
• Balance cash and hand receipts per accounting specs.
• Support management with hiring, training, scheduling, and coaching of staff.
