• Use sales techniques to maximize revenue while maintaining guest loyalty
• Process reservations, changes and cancellations; enter Rewards information into system
• Support Sales & Marketing through office tasks and email communications
• Train and motivate team members as needed and ensure professional appearance and confidentiality
