Sheraton is seeking a Front Desk Supervisor in Viña del Mar, Chile. The role involves assisting staff with payments, guest issue follow-ups, and smooth check-ins, with a focus on courtesy and professional service.

Requires advanced English and at least 2 years of hospitality supervisory experience. Residency in the Valparaiso region is preferred; the position is full-time and on-site at Avenida Marina N 15, Viña del Mar.

Formación

• Advanced English (oral and written).
• At least 2 years of hospitality supervisory experience.
• Residence in the Valparaíso region or willingness to relocate.

Responsabilidades

• Assist staff with expediting payments and guest issues.
• Handle guest check-ins by confirming reservations, assigning rooms and issuing keys.
• Process payments (room charges, cash, checks, debit, or credit).
• Coordinate with Housekeeping to ensure room readiness and resolve guest requests.
• Balance cash at shift start/end and document transactions as per standards.
