Job summary

Shift Markets seeks a senior marketer to own B2B demand generation end-to-end, including paid media, landing pages, email campaigns and CRM, while building AI workflows to scale output for a small team.

You will lead LinkedIn and Google campaigns, perform CRO tests, and report on qualified leads, pipeline and revenue. This is a remote role with meaningful overlap with our New York team.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on B2B digital marketing, with recent personal ownership of paid campaigns on LinkedIn.
• Concrete results you personally drove: spend, acquisition costs, pipeline and revenue.
• Hands-on experience building landing pages and running conversion tests.
• Email marketing and CRM experience (Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce or similar), including nurture and lead routing.
• AI workflows or automations you have built and use in your marketing work today. Be ready to show them.
• Strong marketing judgement and clear, specific written communication.
• Comfortable as a hands-on individual contributor in a small team.

Responsibilities

• Own B2B paid acquisition across LinkedIn and Google: campaign builds, targeting, creative testing, conversion tracking and budget allocation.
• Audit our ad accounts and website early on, cut wasted spend and fix what is underperforming.
• Build and optimise landing pages and run CRO tests across the funnel: ad, landing page, form, CRM, email nurture, Sales handoff.
• Report on what matters: qualified leads, pipeline and revenue, not just clicks or cost per lead.
• Design, build and maintain AI workflows for research, competitor and news monitoring, content drafting and reporting, with human review before anything goes live.
• Lead Answer Engine Optimisation (AEO) so Shift shows up when buyers ask ChatGPT, Gemini and other AI engines about crypto infrastructure.
• Oversee AI-assisted content and social output with support from junior team members.
• Contribute to brand, PR, events, partnerships, podcasts and industry publications, and help shape quarterly marketing plans, including campaigns for new verticals such as online gaming operators and prediction markets.
