Job summary

Base360.ai is seeking a Founding Growth Marketer to drive demo bookings and signups from short-term rental operators and property managers. You’ll own growth channels end to end, experiment quickly, and collaborate directly with the founder to shape positioning and messaging.

You’ll use AI to optimize research, copy, targeting, content production, and automation, building funnels and landing pages that convert from first impression to paying customers.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in growing SaaS or B2B tech products.
• Experience building and testing multi-channel growth strategies.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Own a growth channel end to end — set strategy, launch campaigns, and drive results.
• Generate qualified leads and drive demo bookings across channels (paid ads, SEO, outbound, referrals, partnerships).
• Learn target customers and what makes them switch software.
• Run rapid experiments to test hooks, audiences, funnels, and offers.
