Job summary

BairesDev is seeking a Growth Marketing ABM specialist to partner with US-based sales, building account-based programs and AI-powered automations that trigger timely seller actions. You will design multi-channel campaigns and manage data in CRM to drive expansion and revenue.

Qualifications

• 2+ years running ABM programs in direct partnership with sales or account teams.
• 2+ years building automations used by sellers (signal/trigger-based workflows).
• 2+ years working with US-based commercial teams or marketing to US B2B buyers.
• Hands-on experience executing multi-channel campaigns across at least three channels, with email sequences and LinkedIn required.
• Daily, hands-on use of generative AI in automations, not just for copy.
• Native or bilingual proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

• Plan and run ABM campaigns across email, LinkedIn messaging, LinkedIn Ads, and direct mail, coordinated with sales ownership.
• Map commercial processes with sales and account teams and build automations that detect account signals and alert sellers.
• Build and maintain data behind programs, including target-account lists and enriched CRM records.
• Report weekly to commercial leaders on outcomes, including meetings booked, opportunities created, deals accelerated, accounts expanded, and revenue influenced.
• Test new channels and plays beyond core four, and scale those that move pipeline.
