Job summary

Xe is seeking a senior Growth Lead to own and scale Xe’s SMB acquisition and lifecycle engine in Chile. You will drive scalable, data‑driven growth using ABM and modern GTM technologies, while leading a small digital sales team and aligning with Marketing, Product, and Analytics to optimize onboarding and activation for SMBs.

You will shape outbound and inbound strategies, own KPI tracking, and translate insights into measurable revenue growth in a fast-paced, global fintech environment.

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years of experience in B2B growth, digital sales, demand generation, revenue growth, or go-to-market roles.
• 2+ years of people management experience leading SDRs/BDMs/DMs.
• Proven track record scaling B2B inbound lead generation and optimizing funnels.
• Experience developing ABM and targeted outbound sales strategies.
• Solid experience with GTM technology and sales automation.

Responsibilities

• Own the SMB lifecycle from lead to first transaction, activation and revenue growth.
• Lead the SMB digital sales team (BDM + SDRs) and align around hybrid inbound + ABM outbound model.
• Implement outbound systems using signals, lead scoring, and automation to prioritise outreach.
• Build scalable playbooks for lead nurturing and multichannel engagement.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product and Analytics to improve onboarding and reduce friction for SMBs.
• Define and track SMB KPIs: acquisition, activation, ARPU, churn, NPS, ROI.
