Job summary

Xe is seeking a hands-on GTM Engineer to design, build, and operate our GTM engine, turning commercial objectives into data-driven actions within HubSpot. You’ll enable SDR/BDM workflows, optimize targeting, and drive scalable revenue operations.

You’ll work at Xe to align strategy with execution, build dashboards, and improve forecast accuracy, partnering with Sales leadership across global teams. This role emphasizes clarity, ownership, and measurable impact.

Qualifications

• Hands-on expertise with HubSpot Sales Hub and certification is preferred.
• Built GTM or Revenue Operations systems that drive measurable revenue outcomes.
• Strong commercial intuition and understanding of how sales organizations operate.

Responsibilities

• Serve as HubSpot expert for Corporate Sales teams (SDRs and BDMs).
• Build and maintain sales motions, pipelines, properties, workflows, and reporting.
