Hitachi Energy is seeking a Senior Sales Specialist for Control, Protection, and Telecommunications to lead strategic services, maintenance, and system integration for power grid infrastructure. You will manage regional and national accounts with engineering partners to deliver tailored, technically compelling proposals.

Ideal candidates bring senior sales or business development experience in the Power sector, strong communication skills, and the ability to translate complex technical concepts

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related technical field required.
• Proven senior-level sales or business development experience in Power Sector or heavy industry.
• Solid understanding of Substation Automation, Protection & Control, and SCADA systems desirable.
• Minimum of 2 years of commercial experience, preferably in sales, with bid/tender experience considered.

Responsabilidades

• Lead strategic sales for control, protection, and telecom systems across regional and national accounts.
• Manage and grow high-priority accounts; serve as primary strategic contact.
• Conduct technical assessments to recommend upgrades and solutions aligned with grid reliability needs.
• Coordinate end-to-end preparation of complex bids and technical proposals.
• Manage sales processes independently; navigate negotiations with limited supervision.
• Mentor junior professionals and ensure compliance with guidelines and standards.
