Ebury Santiago Office in Hybrid mode seeks a Junior People Operations Advisor to manage day-to-day HR operations globally, reporting to the People Operations Manager based in Malaga. You’ll handle contracts, addendums, ticketing, data management, global mobility and compliance, collaborating with local authorities when needed, while delivering excellent service to staff across regions.

Qualificações

• 1 year of experience in Human Resources with advisory responsibilities or administrative expertise in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Highly responsive, organized, and results-oriented, with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
• Excellent communicator with highly developed written and interpersonal skills in English.
• Flexible, resourceful, and highly adaptable to changing priorities and environments.
• Works effectively on own initiative, demonstrates a proactive approach, and is a strong team player.
• Ability to influence senior management, confident, and able to gain credibility quickly.
• Fluency in English and Spanish and a plus with Portuguese.

Responsabilidades

• Offers and Contracts: Ensure contracts and addendums are accurately prepared, sent out, and kept up to date with local legislation.
• Ticketing system: Ensure timely responses and provide effective solutions to requests from employees and staff.
• Reporting and Escalation: Report regularly to the Head of People Operations and escalate high-risk matters.
• HR Data Management: Ensure all employee data changes and absences are recorded in the HR system.
• Global Mobility: Manage staff movements related to global mobility, contracts and tax considerations.
• Employee Documentation Compliance: Conduct regular documentation audits for compliance.
• Background Screening: Support the mitigation of background screening reports.
• Audits and Authorities: Respond to requests from local authorities and assist audits.
