Wabtec is seeking a Field Service Manager to lead technical field support for OHV Drive Systems across Chile and assigned territories. You will oversee commissioning, diagnose issues, and drive continuous improvement with customers, OEMs, and distributors.

Role requires strong troubleshooting, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to travel up to 80% domestically and internationally, including high-altitude mining sites. Hybrid work arrangement offered based on business needs.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Automation & Control with 3+ years in mining truck drive systems.
• Experience with mining truck drive systems design, validation, testing, commissioning, and field support.
• Strong troubleshooting skills with engineering software and diagnostic tools.
• Willingness to travel up to 80% domestically and internationally.

Responsabilidades

• Perform commissioning and startup activities for OHV Drive Systems.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot issues via onsite inspections and remote support.
• Monitor fleet performance and coordinate corrective actions with engineering and product teams.
• Submit field and commissioning reports through Salesforce, ServiceMax, and other approved systems.
• Review warranty claims and support failure investigations and component teardown activities.
• Coordinate return shipments of RMAs for factory analysis and resolution.
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers, OEMs, distributors, and internal stakeholders.
• Participate in customer meetings and fleet reviews.
