Job summary

AECOM is seeking an experienced Water Technical Lead based in Santiago de Chile. You will direct multi-disciplinary teams on major mining and water projects, lead proposals, and engage with clients to drive business growth across Chile and Latin America.

You will work with senior leaders to shape strategies, coordinate with global teams, and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high-quality project delivery within a hybrid work model.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 8+ years experience in mining or water sectors.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Strong leadership and client-management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as program/project/technical lead on mining and water projects; direct cross-disciplinary teams.
• Lead major mining and water project pursuits and client engagements in Chile and Latin America.
• Support development of business strategies for mining and water in the region.
