Job summary

Honeywell is seeking a Field Service Engineer II to support key customer accounts in Santiago, Chile. You will perform implementation and maintenance of standard engineering solutions under supervision, ensuring work stays within budget and schedule.

You will report to the Field Service Manager and collaborate with sales, LSS, and service teams to deliver timely technical support, troubleshooting, and effective equipment maintenance on industrial systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in field service engineering or related technical support roles.
• Proficiency in Spanish and English language to effectively communicate with customers and internal teams.
• Strong technical knowledge in troubleshooting, maintenance, and service of industrial equipment.
• Experience with customer support tools and back-office service management software to coordinate service activities efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Providing engineering maintenance support to existing customers
• Supporting HPS sales team
• Liaising with the LSS team
• Reporting and status updates as to the current support to HPS customers
