Job summary
Shanghai BSF Human Resources Co., Ltd. is seeking a seasoned Field Service Engineer to support advanced automated inspection systems in Santiago, Chile, delivering on-site installation, commissioning, and after-sales service while collaborating closely with our HQ engineering teams.
The role requires 3+ years in industrial equipment installation, an associate degree or higher in a relevant field, fluent English, and the willingness to travel across Chile to client sites.
Qualifications
- 3+ years hands-on installation, commissioning, maintenance, or on-site support for industrial equipment.
- Associate degree or higher in Electrical Automation, Mechatronics, Computer Science, Electronic Information, or Automation Control.
- Fluency in English required to communicate with HQ teams.
- Willingness to travel frequently across Chile to client sites.
- Strong communication and proactive problem-solving under pressure.
Responsibilities
- Lead on-site installation, debugging, acceptance testing, and delivery of high-tech inspection systems.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve mechanical/electrical issues on-site to minimize downtime.
- Provide operational and basic maintenance training for clients and distributors.
- Document and report technical feedback to HQ engineering to close the issue loop.
- Coordinate with internal teams to streamline project delivery and improve customer satisfaction in Chile.
