Job summary

Honeywell in Santiago, Chile is seeking a Field Service Engineer II to support strategic customer accounts through deployment and maintenance of standard engineering solutions, operating on-site under supervision to deliver within scope, time and cost constraints.

You will report to the Field Service Manager and work with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot, service industrial equipment, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Spanish and English proficiency is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in field service engineering or related technical support roles.
• Proficiency in Spanish and English language to effectively communicate with customers and internal teams.
• Strong technical knowledge in troubleshooting, maintenance, and service of industrial equipment.
• Experience with customer support tools and back-office service management software to coordinate service activities efficiently.

Job description

As a Field Service Engineer II here at Honeywell, you will play a vital role in supporting our strategic customer accounts by implementation and support of standard engineering solutions, usually representing a smaller portion of a project or service opportunity, under close supervision of other project engineers or service technicians to successfully complete scope of work within budgeted time and cost constraints.

You will report directly to our Field Service Manager and you’ll work out of our Santiago, Chile location on an On-site work schedule.

In this role, you will impact the success of key customer relationships by delivering timely and effective technical support, troubleshooting, and maintenance services, while also managing internal processes that support these activities.

YOU MUST HAVE

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in field service engineering or related technical support roles.
• Proficiency in Spanish and English language to effectively communicate with customers and internal teams.
• Strong technical knowledge in troubleshooting, maintenance, and service of industrial equipment.
• Experience with customer support tools and back-office service management software to coordinate service activities efficiently.
