Olympus is seeking a Field Service Engineer to service and maintain all medical product lines in the field. You will provide expert technical support under supervision of the Manager and Senior FSE Trainer, ensuring high customer satisfaction and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities include installing and upgrading equipment, performing post-install testing, troubleshooting, and training customers on basic operation; travel is required (>40%), and strong communication and organization are

Qualifications

• Associate degree in electronics or related technical discipline.
• 4+ years field service experience with medical devices.
• Experience with electromechanical or microprocessor-based products.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Must travel overnight (>40%) and hold a valid driver's license.

Responsabilités

• Maintain and service Olympus medical product lines in the field.
• Provide expert technical support and customer training.
• Install, upgrade, test, troubleshoot equipment.
• Escalate issues to service management promptly.
• Coordinate with sales reps and participate in conventions/trials.
• Travel to customer facilities for on-site support.
