Qualifications

• Requires a technical or engineering degree in electrical or mechanical specialty with extensive experience.
• 8–10 years in large-scale industrial projects, or 12–14 years in supervisory/construction management roles.
• Ability to interpret engineering design documents and coordinate with CM and construction teams.

Responsibilities

• Advise on reviewing and monitoring contractor construction schedules and resource diagrams.
• Advise on revision of contractor construction methods and ensure safe execution per design.
• Coordinate with CM and client to ensure proper installation of materials and quality standards.
