• Knowledge of distributed control systems, PLCs, instrumentation, control valves, and automation.
• Ability to plan, supervise, coordinate engineering activities, including staffing, budgeting, scheduling.

• Plans, directs, and participates in Control Systems and Instrumentation engineering activities on projects.
• Coordinates staffing, budgets, schedules, and work assignments.
• Reviews calculations, design documents, supplier data, and technical evaluations.
• Provides technical guidance, mentoring, and development opportunities.
• Coordinates with clients, project teams, suppliers, and Bechtel offices.
• Ensures compliance with codes, standards, and project requirements.
