Job summary

Bechtel in Chile seeks a seasoned ES&H Training Lead to supervise a high-performance team responsible for Environmental, Safety, and Health programs on a mining/construction project. You will ensure integration of ESH requirements across planning, design and operations, drive compliance, and foster continuous improvement.

The role requires experience in developing competency-based ES&H training, knowledge of ISO standards, and strong leadership to coordinate multidisciplinary stakeholders on

Qualifications

Requires a technical or university degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Management, Engineering or a related discipline.
Experience in developing, coordinating and managing ES&H training programs in mining or large-scale construction environments.

Responsibilities

Supervise and develop an ESH program on a project, including budgets, schedules and resources.
Ensure ESH requirements are integrated in planning, design, construction and operations.
Lead training teams and coordinate with engineers, construction, procurement and legal functions.
