Mastercard is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide dedicated support to the Cluster Lead, Chile, Paraguay & Bolivia and the Cluster Lead, Argentina & Uruguay. The role acts as a trusted administrative partner, coordinating calendars, travel, communications, and governance across multiple markets in South LAC.

• Significant executive admin experience supporting VP-level or senior executives.
• Experience supporting multiple executives simultaneously.
• Experience coordinating domestic and international travel.
• Experience with expense management processes.
• Experience planning leadership meetings and events.
• Experience working in matrixed organizations.
• Handles confidential business information with discretion.

Responsabilidades

• Manage complex calendars for two Cluster Leads.
• Coordinate meetings, governance forums, and client engagements.
• Prepare agendas, materials, and logistics.
• Arrange domestic and international travel itineraries.
• Oversee expense reporting and budget administration.
• Support communications and follow-up on action items.
• Organize leadership meetings and events.
