Hitachi, Ltd. in Chile seeks a Tender/Contract Specialist to administer and consult on product/service contracts with external customers. You will craft pre-sales strategies and work with marketing, sales and management to structure proposals and bids.

The role involves preparing technical and financial bid components, coordinating inputs for timely edits, managing external services, and documenting offers while ensuring compliance and robust reporting on bid status.

Formación

• Experience in preparing technical and commercial tenders/bids for substation protection & control systems and SAS.
• Intermediate/Advanced English required.
• 3 years in similar positions preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Develops pre-sales contract strategies and coordinates bids/quotations with stakeholders.
• Negotiates contracts consistent with business objectives and manages amendments/renegotiations.
• Ensures timely, well-documented bids with complete costs and appropriate conditions.
