Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency seeking a Media Strategist to own paid media for a portfolio of B2B and growing-brand clients. You will shape targeting, budget calls, the roadmap, and the narrative when clients ask why.

You act as the strategic voice at the table and make the calls. You will manage paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and Microsoft Ads, optimize bidding and targeting, and lead the 90-day and quarterly client roadmaps with clear storytelling of outcomes.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta campaigns.
• Proven ROAS/CPA/pipeline improvements with concrete results.
• Agency experience managing multiple clients simultaneously.
• Fluent English with US clients on live calls.

Responsibilities

• Manage paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for client accounts.
• Handle budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing; decide when to kill a campaign.
• Set up conversion tracking and attribution using GA4, Tag Manager and platform pixels.
• Define 90-day and quarterly roadmaps for each client and explain the numbers on calls.
• Grow accounts through retention, upsell, and long-term client relationships.
