Blacksmith Agency is a remote, AI-first digital agency seeking an Account Strategist to own paid media for B2B and growing-brand clients. You will guide targeting, budget calls, roadmap and narrative during client calls as the strategic voice at the table.

You will manage paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads, optimize budgets, test creatives, and track conversions using GA4 and tag manager. Clear English with US clients is essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta campaigns.
• Proven ability to move ROAS, CPA or pipeline metrics.
• Experience handling multiple clients at an agency.

Responsabilités

• Own paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads.
• Manage budgeting, bidding, targeting and testing strategies.
• Track conversions with GA4 and tags; report performance on calls.

Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency. As Account Strategist you own paid media for a book of B2B and growing-brand clients: the targeting, the budget calls, the roadmap and the narrative when the client asks why. You are the strategic voice at the table, and you make the calls.

What You Will Own

• Paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and when to kill a campaign.
• Conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.
• The 90 day and quarterly roadmap for each client, and the story behind the numbers on the call.
• Account growth: retention, upsell and the long-term relationship.

What You Bring

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized the campaigns yourself.
• A record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers you can walk us through.
• Agency experience across several clients at once.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.
