Emerson is seeking a Business Development Manager - Level Solutions to grow its level measurement portfolio across Latin America, focusing on process instrumentation and tank gauging systems. You will identify, develop, and convert opportunities, acting as a technical-commercial specialist for customers and collaborating with sales, marketing, and product teams.

You will lead opportunities through to purchase, support product launches, and develop regional growth strategies while monitoring

Formación

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
Experience in technical sales, business development, product marketing, or strategic account management in industrial markets.
Fluent Spanish and/or Portuguese; advanced English for global teams.

Responsabilidades

Identify, create, and develop new business opportunities for level solutions across Latin America.
Act as a technical-commercial specialist for customers, supporting discussions, presentations, and demonstrations.
Lead opportunities from identification through PO as part of commercial strategy.
Collaborate with Account Managers to expand solution adoption in strategic accounts.
Develop and execute growth strategies for level measurement instruments and systems.
Support product launches and portfolio positioning initiatives.
