The candidate will work with sales, marketing, and product teams to expand the installed base, lead regional initiatives, and enable sales teams with training and tools for success.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• Experience in technical sales, business development, product marketing, or strategic account management within industrial markets.
• Knowledge of industrial automation, process instrumentation, or related technologies.
• Experience using CRM tools and analytics.
• Fluent Spanish and/or Portuguese; advanced English.
• Ability to travel frequently across Latin America (~50%).

Aufgaben

• Identify and develop new business opportunities across Latin America.
• Support technical discussions, presentations, and solution demonstrations.
• Manage commercial opportunities from identification to PO acquisition.
• Partner with account managers to grow strategic accounts and drive solution adoption.
• Develop growth strategies for level measurement instruments and systems.
• Lead regional market initiatives and contribute to product launches and campaigns.
• Provide training and tools to sales teams and monitor performance metrics.
