Job summary

Emerson is seeking a Business Development Manager for Level Solutions to grow its level measurement portfolio across Latin America. The role involves identifying new opportunities, supporting technical discussions, and leading commercial efforts across the region.

You will develop growth strategies, collaborate with sales and product teams, and drive solution adoption in process instrumentation, radar transmitters, and tank gauging systems. Frequent travel across LATAM is expected.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
Experience in technical sales, business development, product marketing, or strategic account management within the industrial market.
Experience using CRM tools, pipeline management systems, and performance analytics.
Fluent Spanish and/or Portuguese with advanced English.

Responsibilities

Identify, create, and develop new business opportunities for level solutions across Latin America.
Act as a technical-commercial specialist for customers; support discussions, presentations, and demonstrations.
Conduct assessments, validations, product testing, and qualification processes for solutions.
Manage commercial opportunities from identification to purchase order acquisition.
Partner with Account Managers to grow strategic accounts and expand solution adoption.
Develop and execute growth strategies for level measurement instruments and systems.
Lead BD efforts for radar transmitters, level switches, controllers, and related process level product lines.
Drive opportunities related to tank gauging, inventory management, remote monitoring, and integrated solutions.
Support product launches and regional adoption plans; monitor pricing and discounts.
