Siemens Energy is seeking a seasoned Commercial professional to drive the full sales cycle for decarbonization solutions across South America, including Chile. You will cultivate a robust pipeline for EMS, microgrid control, and storage projects while coordinating with technical and commercial teams.

You will report to the Head of Digitalization & Decarbonization in Latin America and travel up to 40% to engage utilities, IPPs, EPCs, and partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, Control Systems, Mechanical, or related)
• 5+ years in business development or sales in the energy sector, decarbonization, digitalization, or energy management solutions
• Ability to independently manage the full commercial cycle from prospecting to contract closure
• Strong understanding of South American energy markets, regulatory frameworks, and project development dynamics
• Proficiency in English and willingness to travel across South America up to 40%

Responsabilités

• Drive the complete sales cycle for Decarbonization solutions across South America, from prospecting to order closure.
• Develop and grow pipeline for hybrid power plant controllers, EMS, microgrid control solutions, and battery energy storage integration projects.
• Support commercial activities within the traditional Controls & Digitalization portfolio, with a focus on the Chilean market.
• Build and strengthen long‑term relationships with utilities, IPPs, EPCs, consultants, industrial customers, and strategic partners across the region.
