PYTES is seeking a motivated Regional Sales Manager – Chile to expand our customer base and grow our presence in the Chilean market, with a focus on residential and C&I energy storage solutions. You will own new customer acquisition, channel development, and build relationships with distributors, solar installers, EPCs, and other partners.

This role requires regional travel (Chile, Peru, and surrounding regions) and a hands-on approach to prospecting, proposals, negotiation, and closing while

Formación

• 1+ years of sales or business development experience in solar or energy storage.
• Experience with residential and/or C&I solar or energy storage products is preferred.
• Fluent Spanish; working proficiency in English.
• Strong prospecting, communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to travel for customer visits and business development activities.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and develop new customers and business opportunities across Chile.
• Build and expand relationships with solar installers, distributors, dealers, EPCs, and C&I customers.
• Drive sales growth for residential and C&I energy storage solutions.
• Develop new sales channels and strengthen PYTES' market presence in Chile.
• Manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting, customer meetings, proposals, negotiation, and closing.
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers while actively developing new accounts.
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline and consistently work toward assigned sales targets.
• Monitor local solar and energy storage market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and customer needs.
