Bosch Chile is seeking an Industrial Sales Manager to lead the growth of the Industrial Boilers business within the VP division. You will drive strategies, manage the full sales cycle, and build strong relationships with industrial customers across Chile.

Responsibilities include developing high‑impact proposals, coordinating with Engineering and Projects teams, and ensuring profitability while upholding Bosch quality standards. This role requires frequent travel and English proficiency.

Formación

• 5–10 years proven experience in business development, commercial management and/or sales leadership within the industrial sector.
• Strong networking with industrial customers in Chile including mining, energy, food & beverage, pulp & paper, manufacturing and other process industries.
• Advanced English proficiency is mandatory, including the ability to conduct business discussions and present to senior international management.
• Valid Class B driver’s license and willingness to travel frequently within Chile and region.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute strategies for introducing new products, services and solutions.
• Manage the full sales cycle for complex, high-value industrial solutions from prospecting to negotiation, closing and after-sales support.
• Establish and maintain long-term relationships with current and potential industrial customers.
• Engage with C-level executives and other stakeholders across Operations, Maintenance, Engineering and Procurement.
• Lead the development of complex, high-impact technical and commercial proposals ensuring profitability and Bosch quality standards.
