Job summary

GMI seeks a Contract ConnectWise Cloud Specialist to administer and optimize the ConnectWise Cloud/PSA environment. This role acts as the SME for platform configurations, workflows, ticket lifecycles, and reporting.

The ideal candidate has hands-on ConnectWise PSA/Cloud experience within MSP/IT services and can drive automation, governance, and data-driven improvements across departments.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on ConnectWise PSA/Cloud administration.
• Experience in MSP, MSSP, VAR, or IT services environment.
• Strong knowledge of service boards, ticketing workflows, SLAs, and dispatching.
• Advanced Excel and reporting skills.
• Experience with API integrations and automation.

Responsibilities

• Administer and optimize ConnectWise Cloud/PSA platforms.
• Design workflows, security roles, and governance standards.
• Develop operational dashboards and KPI reporting.
• Support integrations with third-party apps and automation.
• Train users and promote adoption of best practices.
