Job summary

DXC Technology is seeking a CloudOps Analyst to design, implement, and manage scalable cloud solutions with emphasis on IAM, networking, security, monitoring, and automation. You will work with global teams to ensure performance, security, and reliability across cloud estates.

The role requires experience with multi-cloud environments (GCP/AWS/Azure), strong troubleshooting, and DevOps practices. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and scripting is essential, with English proficiency needed for

Qualifications

Experience with multi-cloud engineering (GCP/AWS/Azure).
Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills.
Background in implementing/maintaining security solutions, monitoring systems, and backup strategies.
Familiarity with Agile, SCRUM, or Kanban methodologies.
Knowledge of automation practices and DevOps.
Knowledge of scripting/automation tools (Shell Script, PowerShell, Python).
Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
FinOps skills.
Language: Intermediate English proficiency (verbal and written).

Responsibilities

Design, implement, and manage scalable cloud solutions focusing on IAM, networking, security, monitoring and automation.
Configure VPCs, subnets, security groups, VPNs, and multi-region architectures for reliability.
Implement security policies, key management, and continuous compliance monitoring.
Develop IaC using Terraform and CI/CD pipelines; enable serverless automation where possible.
Collaborate with onshore/offshore teams to ensure performance and cost efficiency.
Provide troubleshooting and documentation to support operations and audits.
