Job summary

DXC Technology is seeking a CloudOps Analyst – Cloud Engineering to design, implement, and manage scalable cloud solutions with emphasis on IAM, networking, security, monitoring, backup, and automation. You will collaborate with onshore and offshore teams to ensure performance, security, and reliability of our cloud infrastructure.

You will configure VPCs, subnets, security groups, VPNs, and Transit Gateway, and employ KMS for keys.

Qualifications

• Proven experience with multi-cloud engineering in more than one provider (GCP/Azure/AWS).
• Excellent troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills.
• Background in implementing/maintaining security solutions, monitoring systems, and backup strategies.
• Familiarity with Agile, SCRUM, or Kanban methodologies.
• Knowledge of automation practices and DevOps.
• Knowledge of scripting/automation tools (Shell Script, PowerShell, Python, etc.).
• Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
• FinOps skills.
• Language: Intermediate English proficiency (verbal and written).

Responsibilities

• Deploy and manage cloud solutions with IAM, SSO, MFA and access controls.
• Configure VPCs, subnets, security groups, network ACLs; manage VPN, VPC peering, and Transit Gateway.
• Use Firewall Manager and Application Load Balancer for network security and traffic management.
• Deploy security solutions for continuous compliance monitoring; manage keys using KMS.
• Implement real-time performance tracking, logging, and troubleshooting.
• Administer backup and design disaster recovery strategies across multi-region architectures.
• Develop scripts using CLI and SDKs to automate repetitive tasks; build CI/CD pipelines; use Terraform; serverless with Lambda.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve cloud operations.
