Accenture Chile is seeking a Contract Compliance & Execution specialist to contribute actively and independently, becoming a subject matter expert. You will participate in discussions and collaborate to provide thoughtful solutions, ensuring production systems comply with SLAs.

The role focuses on incident and outage resolution, service restoration, and disaster recovery procedures, with emphasis on data retention and policy alignment.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• At least 1 year of experience in related skills
• Expert proficiency in Contract Compliance & Execution

Responsabilidades

• Ensure production systems are available and operating according to defined SLAs
• Drive incident and outage resolution with clear and timely communication
• Facilitate the restoration of service to the production environment efficiently
• Establish and maintain disaster recovery procedures to safeguard operations
