Hire Overseas is seeking a Clinician Onboarding Specialist for a remote, Latin America–based role. You will run live onboarding calls for clinicians, guide them through EHR and payroll workflows, and prepare session materials, ensuring smooth, engaging experiences for cohorts.

You will coordinate logistics, respond to post-call questions, and escalate complex issues to internal teams while improving onboarding processes over time.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal English communication is required.
• Healthcare onboarding or clinical support experience is preferred.
• Experience leading live onboarding sessions for clinicians or staff.
• Proficient with EHR platforms and payroll systems on screen-share calls.

Responsabilités

• Lead three-hour live onboarding calls with newly hired clinicians via video conference, keeping groups engaged and confident.
• Walk clinicians through the EHR platform step by step via screen share, covering workflows, documentation, scheduling, and navigation.
• Guide clinicians through the payroll system, including timesheet entry and setup in Rippling or a comparable platform.
• Answer questions live and handle a range of technical and process-related inquiries.
• Prepare materials, presentations, and platform setups ahead of each session, and coordinate participant lists and calendar invites.
• Respond to post-call clinician questions via email or messaging with timely, accurate answers and track open questions.
• Escalate complex clinical questions to the appropriate internal team member.
• Identify recurring onboarding questions and friction points and help improve materials and workflows over time.
