Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead three-hour live onboarding calls with clinicians via video conference.
• Walk clinicians through the EHR platform via screen share, covering workflows and navigation.
• Guide clinicians through payroll setup in Rippling or a similar system.
• Answer live questions and handle inquiries with composure.
• Prepare materials and coordinate calendars, invites, and pre-call communications.
