Arvion Services is seeking a highly driven Country Manager to lead our business development across target CFDs markets. You will build and mentor a regional team, set sales targets, develop strategic partnerships, and drive revenue growth while ensuring regulatory compliance.

You will own the P&L, oversee forecasting, and collaborate with marketing, dealing desk, and compliance to execute BD strategies. Multilingual candidates and international experience are a plus.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of individual Business Development experience in FX/CFDs brokerage industry.
• Minimum 2 years of experience managing Business Development team members.
• Strong knowledge of CFDs products, trading platforms (MT4/MT5), spreads, rebates, and partner programs.
• Proven success in driving revenue growth and managing P&L.
• Ability to lead, coach, and develop high-performing teams.

Aufgaben

• Lead, coach, and manage a team of Business Development Managers across assigned markets.
• Set clear sales targets and KPIs for hunting and farming portfolios.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide ongoing mentoring to develop team capabilities.
• Foster a high-performance sales culture focused on results and client relationships.
• Drive acquisition of high-value introducing brokers, affiliates, institutional clients, and retail partnerships.
• Oversee relationships with existing IBs and clients to increase trading volumes and revenue share.
• Define and implement regional and global BD strategies in alignment with company objectives.
• Collaborate with marketing, dealing desk, and compliance to support BD strategy.
