You will coordinate with Sales, Customer Service, Technology, Supply Chain, and Finance from Santiago, driving adoption of digital tools, reducing manual work, and delivering measurable value.

Formación

• University degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience, with at least 2–3 years leading cross-functional projects.
• Experience in Wholesale, Sales Operations, Customer Service, or Supply Chain.
• End-to-end project management from planning to follow-up.
• Strong process mapping, analytical thinking and problem-solving.
• Proactive, self-driven with ability to influence stakeholders without formal authority.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint for analysis and reporting.
• Experience in matrix or multi-country environments.
• Business-level English required; fluency is a plus.

• Monitor project performance via milestones, budget, value delivered, adoption, and satisfaction.

Commercial Excellence Project Manager (Junior)

Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization

We are looking for a Commercial Excellence Project Manager (Junior) to lead projects that improve how our Wholesale business operates in Chile. In this role, you will identify process bottlenecks and improvement opportunities, translate business needs into clear project plans, and coordinate implementation from beginning to end. Working closely with Sales, Customer Service, Technology, Supply Chain, Finance, and regional teams, you will help simplify processes, strengthen digital tools, reduce manual effort, and deliver measurable business value.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify pain points, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities across Wholesale and related end-to-end commercial processes.
• Map current processes, analyze root causes, and translate business needs into practical improvement initiatives.
• Lead cross-functional projects from initiation and planning through implementation, adoption, and closure.
• Define project scope, timelines, deliverables, resources, risks, dependencies, and success measures.
• Build and track business cases, including expected savings, hours saved, process improvements, and reduction of manual errors.
• Coordinate cross-functional project teams and follow up on deliverables without direct hierarchical authority.
• Manage requirements and enhancements for digital tools, including prioritization, user testing, local rollout, and adoption follow-up.
• Support Change Management through stakeholder communication, training, and processing documentation.
• Represent Chile in regional project forums, providing clear visibility of progress, risks, results, and required decisions.
• Monitor project performance through indicators such as milestone achievement, budget compliance, value delivered, solution adoption, and stakeholder satisfaction.

During the first months, the role will include an operational immersion across Wholesale and Supply processes. This will provide the functional understanding needed to identify opportunities and lead relevant improvement projects effectively.

Requisite Education, Experience and Minimum Qualifications

• University degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• 3 to 5 years of professional experience, including at least 2–3 years’ experience leading cross-functional projects.
• Previous experience with Wholesale, Sales Operations, Customer Service, Supply Chain, or related commercial processes, meaning broad and deep understanding of Sales and Customer Service area.
• Proven ability to manage projects end to end, from planning and execution to implementation and follow-up.
• Strong process mapping, analytical thinking, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Proactive and self-driven approach, with the ability to identify opportunities before they are formally raised.
• Ability to coordinate and influence different teams and senior stakeholders without formal authority.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to provide clear project visibility.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills for analysis, business-case modelling, reporting, and presentations.
• Experience working in matrix or multi-country environments.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Business-level English required; fluency is a plus.

Nice to Have

• Knowledge of SAP and Salesforce environments.
• PMP, PMI, Agile, or Scrum certification.
• Knowledge of SQL, Python, automation, and AI-enabled solutions. AI-related certification would be a plus.
