Job summary

Expeditors is seeking an Air Pricing Agent to develop quotations and manage tenders for international air shipments. The role collaborates with airlines, origin/destination offices, Sales, Customer Service, and Operations to deliver competitive, accurate, and profitable transport solutions.

You will transform commercial and operational requirements into viable pricing aligned with Expeditors' service standards, contributing to the Air Product strategy and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Educational or professional degree in Foreign Trade, International Business, Logistics, or related field.
• 2+ years in pricing, airfreight, freight forwarding, foreign trade, or logistics ops.
• Experience preparing, reviewing, or validating quotations and tender documents.
• Experience negotiating rates with airlines or logistics providers is valued.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate, competitive, and profitable airfreight quotations.
• Prepare international tenders including long-term agreements.
• Negotiate rates with airlines and service providers.
• Analyze shipment requirements (origin, destination, weight, routing, transit time).
• Validate rates with airlines and local offices across the network.
• Maintain relationships with airlines, carriers, and service providers.
• Keep costs and charges up to date (airport, storage, inland transport).
• Coordinate with Sales, Customer Service, Operations, and Air Product on margins.
