Salesforce, Inc. is seeking a Portfolio Leader to directly manage and grow a team of AI specialists delivering Agentforce solutions within large customer environments. This hands-on leadership role focuses on engineering excellence and strategic customer outcomes.

You will oversee a blended team of Forward Deployed Engineers and Deployment Strategists, drive capability, and shape the Agentforce roadmap with executive-level collaboration across Product and Services.

Formación

• Proven leadership of cross-functional engineering or technical teams.
• Hands-on experience with AI, LLMs and Salesforce ecosystem.
• Experience architecting or deploying Salesforce Data Cloud and Agentforce.
• Strong executive-level communication with Enterprise customers.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a blended delivery team of Forward Deployed Engineers and Deployment Strategists.
• Own capacity planning, talent acquisition, and staffing for enterprise-scale deployments.
• Set engineering standards and unblock complex customer deployments.
