Huawei Technologies is seeking an HR Specialist – Fresh Graduate for a full-time, on-site role in Santiago, Chile. You will support a broad range of Human Resources activities, working closely with local and regional teams.

This position is ideal for a fresh graduate, with 0–2 years' experience, fluent Chinese and English, and a strong interest in developing a career in HR within a global technology company.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• Graduated in 2025 or 2026.
• 0–2 years of professional experience.

• Fluent Chinese and English communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Support day-to-day HR activities and processes across the organization.
• Work closely with business teams to understand their HR needs and provide appropriate support.
• Support the implementation of HR policies, processes, and initiatives.
• Assist with employee-related processes throughout the employee lifecycle.
• Support HR reporting, documentation, and data management.
• Collaborate with local and regional HR teams on different HR projects and initiatives.
• Provide support to employees and managers regarding HR processes and policies.
• Use Chinese and English in daily communication with internal stakeholders and regional teams.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an HR Specialist located in Santiago, Chile. The HR Specialist will support a broad range of Human Resources activities, working closely with the local business and regional HR teams.
