China Mobile International Limited is seeking Solution Consultants based in Chile to join our Americas Operations Support team. You will design, deploy, and maintain global and local network infrastructure to ensure high availability, security, and performance.

You will work with sales to capture business and technical requirements from government and enterprise customers, design ICT solutions, and prepare proposals, BOQ/BOM, and implementation plans.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering or computer science field.
• Minimum 3 years of ICT solutions, system integration, or pre-sales experience.
• Experience with government or enterprise customers is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Understand business and technical requirements from government and enterprise customers.
• Design integrated ICT solutions covering system integration, software development, automation, security, and connectivity.
• Conduct customer meetings, workshops, site surveys, and requirement analyses.
• Prepare technical solutions, architecture, diagrams, BOQ/BOM, and implementation plans.
• Support RFx processes, tender responses, and commercial negotiations.
• Coordinate with vendors, software developers, integrators, telecom operators and partners.
• Evaluate feasibility, cost, schedule, risks, and acceptance requirements.
• Support product demonstrations, testing, and solution validation.
• Provide technical guidance to sales teams and customers throughout the process.
• Hand over approved solutions to project manager after award; support during delivery.
• Develop reusable templates and technical materials.

China Mobile International Limited is looking for Solution Consultants based in Chile. The candidates will join our fast-growing Operation Support team in the Americas Region to further the growth of our Global Network Service. You will be responsible for designing, deploying, and maintaining the organization's global & local network infrastructure to ensure high availability, security, and performance.

Responsibilities

• Work with sales teams to understand the business and technical requirements of local government and enterprise customers.
• Design integrated ICT solutions covering system integration, software development, production automation, security systems, and domestic and international network connectivity.
• Conduct customer meetings, technical workshops, site surveys, and requirement analysis.
• Prepare technical solutions, system architecture, network diagrams, technical proposals, BOQ/BOM, scope of work, and implementation plans.
• Support RFI, RFQ, RFP, tender responses, technical clarification, customer presentations, and commercial negotiations.
• Coordinate with internal technical teams, vendors, software developers, system integrators, telecom operators, and other partners to develop complete solutions.
• Evaluate solution feasibility, project cost, delivery schedule, technical risks, customer responsibilities, and acceptance requirements.
• Support product demonstrations, proof of concept, technical testing, and solution validation when required.
• Provide technical guidance to sales teams and customers throughout the sales process.
• After contract award, hand over the approved solution, scope, cost assumptions, risks, and customer commitments to the Project Manager and delivery team.
• Provide technical support during project implementation when solution clarification or design changes are required.
• Develop reusable solution templates, technical materials, and standard solution packages.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Electrical or Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Automation, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in ICT solutions, system integration, telecommunications, technical pre-sales, or solution design.
• Experience working with government entities, enterprise customers, system integrators, or technology partners is preferred.
• General knowledge or practical experience in the following areas:
• Telecommunications and dedicated network connectivity;
• CCTV, Access Control, and other security systems;
• Software development and system integration;
• Industrial or production automation;
• LAN/WAN, Fiber Optic, Wi-Fi, cloud, and data center solutions.
• Strong knowledge or project experience in at least two of the above technical areas.
• Ability to understand customer requirements and translate them into practical and commercially competitive solutions.
• Experience preparing technical proposals, network or system diagrams, BOQ/BOM, scope of work, implementation plans, and tender documents.
• Basic understanding of solution costing, project schedules, technical risks, SLA, and acceptance requirements.
• Experience coordinating vendors, subcontractors, software developers, system integrators, and technical teams.
• Strong customer communication, presentation, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple opportunities and work effectively with sales and project delivery teams.
• Willingness to travel and work at customer or project sites when required.
• Languages: fluent Spanish and business-level English. Chinese language skills are an advantage but not required.
