Job summary

Hermès Suisse et Europe centrale recherche un(e) responsable de boutique à Zurich. Vous dirigerez une équipe dédiée à offrir un service personnalisé et d'exception, tout en développant une clientèle locale et internationale et en optimisant les opérations du magasin.

Vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec les fonctions support et transmettrez l'esprit Hermès à chaque client et collaborateur. Maîtrise du français, allemand et anglais exigée.

Qualifications

• Expérience confirmée en gestion d'équipe commerciale dans le secteur du retail de luxe.
• Capacité à analyser les ventes et optimiser les performances stores.
• Maîtrise des outils informatiques et ERP/CRM.

Responsibilities

• Diriger l'équipe du magasin et motiver le personnel.
• Développer et fidéliser une clientèle locale et internationale.
• Négocier et contrôler les achats selon la stratégie produit.

GENERAL MISSION:

As part of Hermès Switzerland and Central Europe's strategy, you will manage and develop your store by:

• Leading a team to offer our customers personalized and exceptional service
• Developing and retaining a local and international customer base
• Optimizing operations management in accordance with internal procedures

You will work closely with the subsidiary's support functions and act in an exemplary manner, putting the customer at the heart of your concerns.

You will generously share the spirit of Hermès with every employee and every visitor to the store.

MAIN ACTIVITIES:

LEADING THE TEAM

• You lead, manage, and motivate the store team to achieve set objectives and provide excellent service to all customers and visitors
• You share relevant information and analysis with the team to communicate your vision for the business and help everyone understand the store's challenges
• You foster team spirit
• You set quantitative and qualitative objectives and evaluate results.
• You supervise and coach your employees.
• In close collaboration with the Human Resources Department, you recruit team members, organize their integration, and oversee and implement the necessary actions for their training and development. You conduct performance reviews when necessary.

DEVELOP SALES AND SERVICE

• You ensure a regular presence on the sales floor to support the team, set an example, and orchestrate in-store activity
• With the support of the Customer Experience department, you supervise the quality of information in the customer database and determine targeted clienteling actions
• You keep abreast of trends, benchmark the competition, and analyze opportunities. You propose and implement appropriate actions to develop your store
• You work closely with the Communications Department to organize customer events for your store
• You promote Hermès by getting involved in your local community.

PURCHASING

• You work closely with the Product Offer Department to define your purchasing strategy.
• Based on sales analysis and your knowledge of the clientele, you will make purchases for your store four times a year.

OPTIMIZE OPERATIONS AND STOCK MANAGEMENT

• You will optimize stock management and goods flows to facilitate customer service while optimizing stock levels and quality with the support of the Operations Department.
• You share, explain, apply, and enforce all internal procedures in collaboration with Internal Control.
• You supervise inventories and ensure that markdowns are kept to a minimum.
• You ensure that the store is in excellent condition at all times and suggest maintenance and refurbishment work to the branch management to improve the customer experience and facilitate operations.

PARTICIPATE IN THE SWISS AND POLISH RETAIL COMMUNITY

• You contribute to the life of the subsidiary by participating in various meetings organized by General Management and Retail Management, sharing the vision, ideas, and best practices implemented in your store
• You report regularly on your activities
